The James Hutton Institute Scientific Services breeders are at the Crop Innovation Centre in Invergowrie on Thursday 17th July 2025 for the Fruit for the Future event. This event demonstrates the annual showcase of soft fruit research, including field presentations on raspberry, blackberry, currants and blueberry breeding programmes. Following on with scientific presentations, outdoor demonstrations, walks through experimental plots and cream tea and fruit tasting sessions.
